Brief: Demonstrate the professional expertise of OTTO’s new furniture assembly service.
Insight: OTTO furniture assembly proving they can build furniture wasn’t going to impress anyone. Instead, we suggested the human insight that people feel judged by strangers inside their homes.
Idea: Compared to what we’ve seen, homeowners have nothing to worry about.
